Any product that is defective, within 30 days of receipt, you must complete the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form (available by sending an email to email@example.com).
If your unit is defective and is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, an RMA request must be completed to obtain a return authorization number, so that you can return your unit for repair. This request is mandatory.
All shipping charges are non-refundable except for a shipping error on our part. Some manufacturers may request that certain defective products be returned directly to them for repair.
