*Do you deliver anywhere in Canada?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in Canada except Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories.

Additional charges apply for remote areas.

*What are the payment methods?

Cash in store, Visa, Master Card and Flexiti

*Can I place an order by phone?

You can place your order by phone but payment must be made in store.

*Are your products brand new?

Yes, all our products are brand new, we sometimes have open boxes or demonstrators but we inform the customers before the sale if this is the case.

*What shipping company do you use?

It all depends on the size of the product purchased, either Purolator, Loomis or a transport adapted to the size.

*Are your products available at all your affiliated merchants?

Most of our products are available in store or by order.

*Is it possible to make a layaway at our merchants?

Yes it is possible, we accept layaway for a period of 2 weeks.
