Afternoon orders will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Your order will be processed upon receipt of verification and authorization from your credit card or Flexiti. 

Any order will be routed only to the civic address of the credit card holder of the buyer.

If we have a problem with the payment, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Note that the Clef de Sol reserves the right to cancel an order made online if there is a pricing error or out of stock. La Clef de Sol reserves the right to cancel an offer and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been placed. If your credit card has been charged we will refund the amount charged.

If the price displayed on our site is incorrect and the order has been placed, we will offer you the opportunity to place your order at the corrected price.

We strive to avoid errors. We will correct the description or photo of a product as soon as seen.
