Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from La Clef de Sol, you have 15 days after receipt to return it to us for exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, instruction booklets and the warranty card. It must not be damaged or scratched. A return-of-merchandise number RMA must be obtained before the goods are shipped, otherwise they will be refused.
  • Some products cannot be returned and are excluded from our online policies (e.g. special orders, software, books and all consumer goods).

Payment methods

  • Credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
  • All Internet transactions are shielded by a 128-bit encryption program. Your personal information is therefore fully protected.

Shipment

  • We do not ship to post office boxes, and we do not ship outside Canada.
  • We ship only to the civic address of the credit card holder.
  • If the eParcel Shipping service from Canada Post cannot be used (ex. Oversized product), additionnal fees can be added.
  • If the product ordered is in stock, it will be shipped by priority mail within 3 to 6 working days of your order.
  • If the product is not available, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, except in the case of shipping errors.
  • Additional charges may apply to certain products shipped outside the Québec City region.

Typographical Errors

  • This Web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. La Clef de Sol therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update info at any time without prior notice. Please note this may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order placed based on incorrect pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • La Clef de Sol is not responsible for any information warranties or claims made from direct links from this web site to third party web sites or files.

Your security is our concern. From submission of your order to delivery of the parcel, we use the highest standards of security and confidentiality. Your credit card number is verified by Verisign's secure servers. No transaction may take place without Verisign authorization.
